We will deliver goods ordered by you as soon as possible to the address you give us for delivery.
We will normally send your order to arrive with you in 2 to 3 business days. Certain items listed within our web site are not standard stock items and can take longer than the stated delivery time, if there is an extended lead time then we will contact you to let you know.
You can also specify your required date between the days of Monday and Friday (excluding weekends) on your online order. We will do our best to achieve this.
Upon receipt of your order you may be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If the package does not appear to be in good condition then please refuse the delivery. If you are unable to check the contents of your delivery at the point of delivery then please sign for the parcel as “UNCHECKED”. Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter.
Please open all boxes or parcels as soon as they arrive, you have 48 hours to notify us of any damage, shortages or incorrect items. If we are not notified of damage, shortages or incorrect items within this time then we will assume a complete and successful delivery has been made.
There will be one person per vehicle and for health and safety the driver is only contracted to deliver curbside, delivery inside a customers property is at the drivers discretion.
For large and heavy items please ensure there will be adequate assistance in helping the driver upload.
Delivery dates are approximate and no liability is accepted in respect of late deliveries, please do not arrange to install the items until after they have been delivered and checked for damage.

HRH Solutions Midlands Ltd/HRH Radiator Supplies do NOT:
- Offer next day delivery unless explicitly detailed, agreed and charged separately.
- Deliver outside of the UK. You may choose to arrange your own delivery outside of the UK, but in these circumstances HRH Solutions will not absorb delivery costs, nor delivery costs for returned goods.
Customers wishing to ship goods abroad should be aware of the following points:
Manufacturer warranties are only valid in the UK
HRH Solutions Midlands Ltd/HRH Radiator Supplies will not be liable for the return of damaged or faulty goods from outside the UK
All goods must be checked for damage or defects on arrival at the shipping point.
Please ensure the goods are ordered well in advance of your building schedules
Please do not install your product if it is damaged, or incorrect as once it is installed you have agreed to it being in good condition.
IMPORTANT: WE DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO PRE-BOOK AN ELECTRICIAN, PLUMBER, BUILDER OR ANY INSTALLER UNTIL GOODS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED AND CHECKED, AS HRH SOLUTIONS MIDLANDS LTD WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR TRADESPERSON(S) CHARGES.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
