If you need to return an item to us for any reason please contact us either by sending a message to email@example.com or phoning us on 01543 509444.
To return an item contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. If the item is no longer wanted or ordered incorrectly then once the buyer has returned the item then a refund will be given, dependent on the condition of the goods. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. The buyer may also be required to pay a restocking charge. A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of handling the goods more than was necessary leading to a reduction in overall value of the goods. A refund will be applied back to the original payment method once any issues have been resolved, within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. When returning goods it is advisable to use a tracked delivery service. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
If an order is delivered incorrectly or an item is found to be faulty/damaged then we will provide a returns label and ask that you re-wrap the items and drop them off at a corresponding shop. Please specify whether you would like an exchange or are returning the item for a refund. Alternatively we will organise a courier to collect/exchange the item. Occasionally photographic evidence may be requested. This is to aid us in resolving problems with the courier.
